During the X AMOUNT OF NICENESS project, SEEN provides services to you, subject to the following terms and conditions, which may be updated by SEEN from time to time without notice.
Fulfillment
All SEEN products offered will only be produced if the defined minimum number of pre-orders is reached at the end of the pre-order periods. Therefore, SEEN can not guarantee production of any of the products.
Payments and charges
SEEN accepts pre-orders made through the shop’s order system. All payments including shipping and handling fees can only be made through Paypal. All taxes are included. Shipping costs are charged seperately.
Refunds
If the minimum number of pre-orders defined for a product is not reached at the end of the pre-order period, SEEN will completely refund any payments within two weeks maximum via Paypal.
Shipping
All products are shipped with DHL. Tracking numbers are provided at send-out.
Handling
SEEN will aim to process every order within one business day after production of an item is completed. You will be notified of the status of your (pre-)order when it is received together with payment and when the item is shipped. Shipping times depend on DHL. SEEN can not guarantee specific delivery times.
Return policy
If you are not fully satisfied with the product(s) you purchased at this website you may return it/them in perfect, unworn condition within 14 days from the date of order and receive your money back. As all X AMOUNT OF NICENESS products are produced on-demand, you will not be able to exchange them for the same product in a different size though.
Colors
We have made every effort to display the colors of our products the way they look in reality. But as the actual colors you see depend on the calibration of your monitor, they might differ from the actual colorways.
Liability
Except in relation to liability for death or personal injury, SEEN’s liability for negligence shall be limited to the total value of the transaction. SEEN shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses even if SEEN has previously been advised of the likelihood of such losses.
