Fresh Flicks Monday: New Trettmann, Wildlife! & The Bobby Konders Story

posted on December 21st, 2009 by in Audio, Video

Ronny Trettmann is Germany´s one and only dancehall deejay. To celebrate the launch of his new Myspace page, he steps on the England Town riddim chatting about “deadly zeros and ones”, about “gangster design” and “gangster informatics”. Props to Leipzig anytime – we at seen. can´t wait to hear the album and are very proud to hear our names in the same breath with the ones of Juri Gagarin and Sigmund Jähn. Heckert = technology!

From Germany we go on to Switzerland where our mate Wildlife! recently collaborated with Swiss French rapper Stress and NYC’s fixed gear freestyle rider Wonka for a Nike Sportswear campaign. The people over at Mad Decent already featured the club edit of the soundtrack chune, we´re kindly referring you to Fairtilizer where you can grab the instrumental version. Exclusive, yuhzimi?

And finally, I´d like to share the Bobby Konders story which popped up on various blogs lately. Just today, Top Billin reminded me to post it as well. I hopefully don´t have to explain who Bobby Konders is and what he has done with his soundystem slash label Massive B, that´s why I only add that non-US citizens, too, can listen to his HOT 97 radio show live every Sunday via the NYC radio station´s webstream.
