Top 10 Jamaica-related Youtube videos of 2011.

Following last year’s list of our top 10 Youtube videos of 2010, for 2011, too, we put together a playlist of our favourite Jamaica-related clips.

On top of the list for ’11 is, of course, the man called Cliff-Twang Brown and the bus which can’t swim, followed closely by Richard Atkison’s Vybz Kartel piano medley and some white kids talking about Sizzla Kalonji in a BBC documentary. We also liked some 1996 VHS Kingston-footage re-animated by The Afflicted Yard, our friend Rachel Jones looking good getting wasted in an un-official Weeknd video, Nas and Junior Gong visiting Jamaica and talking about their Distant Relatives project, Gyptian performing a Tiny Desk Concert for NPR, Papa Jaro cutting a dubplate at the Jaro headquarters, a Jamaican lady freaking out in a US supermarket and an interview with Mr. Breast Milk of Breast Milk Auto Repair.
